i have been feeling a bit stressed recently.
not sure what about specifically,
but the stress is stressful.
and it is making itself prominent on my skin – grrrr!
i thought i would share a few tips on how i relieve stress.
i would greatly appreciate hearing how you relieve stress, too!
take a deep breath.
spend time outside, go for a walk.
listen to music.
talk about it – whether to a friend, family member, or to myself.
try to maintain a positive attitude.
take a trip to the gym.
drink a cup of tea.
tell yourself it is okay.
