a few new goals

dinner last night:
cheese + deep fried tortilla & sour cream from la carta de oaxaca 
delicious and so very healthy 🙂
after my lazy relaxing vacation, it is time to regain that motivation,
return to the gym, and strive to live a healthier lifestyle.
(i think limiting my fro-yo intake to once a week would help immensely…
as would going to the gym a few times each week.)
tom has become a fitness fiend!
having him as a motivator will help, too.
i need a new work-out playlist.
a few songs i might add?

“some nights” by fun

“we are never ever getting back together” by taylor swift
any other recommendations?!

these fitness goals are not about losing weight –
i simply want to be healthier
feeling more energized, awake and physically fit are what i aspire to do.
fortunately, chasing after all three now crawling babies,
and carting them around with me is already a big help 🙂
