my favorite shirt throughout middle school was a
graphic tee from american eagle.
having attended catholic school (where uniforms were required),
i lived for free-dress days when i could wear that shirt.
i remember it was white with yellow and green writing.
what it said? i couldn’t tell you;
yet i loved it.
i wore it until it was near threadbare, stained, and desperately needed to be tossed out.
after middle school, i (sadly) stopped shopping at american eagle.
maybe it was no longer “cool?”
however, i have recently fallen in love (again).
i love their shorts, colored jeans, and my favorite by far, are the dresses.
the little birds on this dress, giant ruffle, and pockets
make it unique and seemingly adorable.
i had so much fun wearing this dress over the weekend – sans sweater and tights!
